Tap-to-menu tags
Programmed per table, seat or counter, so every order arrives with its location already attached.
NFC & smart ordering
A tag on the table, the seat or the takeaway bag. Guests tap, the menu opens, the order reaches the kitchen. No app to install, no queue to stand in.
Every minute a guest spends in a line is a minute they are not spending. NFC removes the line without asking anyone to download anything: a phone held near a tag opens a web page, and that page already knows which table, seat or screen it was tapped from. We are building this for cinemas and for cafes, and we build it for other venues too.
What you get
Programmed per table, seat or counter, so every order arrives with its location already attached.
Older handsets and awkward cases still work, because a tag half your guests cannot use is not a system.
Orders land on a display in preparation order, with the seat or table on every ticket.
Points accrue automatically on each order. No plastic card, no separate app, nothing for staff to key in.
Menu, pricing, stock, opening hours and live sales, editable by your manager rather than by us.
Pay at the tap, pay on delivery, or add to a tab, integrated with the processor you already use.
How the work runs
You see something real at every stage. Nothing moves forward until the previous step is approved, so there are no surprises at handover.
We map what actually happens today, how long it takes, and how often it goes wrong. Then we put a number on it.
We propose the workflows worth building and what each should save. If it will not pay for itself, we say so.
The system is built against your real tools, with credentials held outside the automation itself.
It runs alongside your team with a human approving every consequential step, until the logs prove it is reliable.
You get documentation, an audit log, alerting, and a defined fallback that routes to a person.
Questions
A short-range tag embedded in a table, seat or sign. A guest holds their phone near it and a menu opens instantly in the browser. They order and pay from that page, and the order reaches your kitchen with the location attached.
No, and that is the entire point. NFC opens a normal web page: nothing to download, nothing to sign up for, and no camera to aim in a dark room.
Cinemas, cafes, restaurants, bars, food courts and stadiums. Anywhere guests would order more if they did not have to queue. Our two pilots are a cinema seat-side system and a cafe loyalty system.
Usually. We integrate where the POS offers an API, and run the order screen alongside it where it does not. We check this before quoting.
Tags are inexpensive per table or seat. The real cost is software configuration, menu setup and integration, quoted per venue after we look at your floor plan and current process.
Yes, we are taking a small number of pilot venues. Pilot partners get the build shaped around their real operation and keep the pricing that comes with going first.
