Cada minuto que un cliente pasa en una fila es un minuto que no está gastando. El NFC elimina la fila sin pedirle a nadie que descargue nada: un móvil cerca de una etiqueta abre una página web, y esa página ya sabe desde qué mesa, butaca o sala se ha tocado. What is an NFC ordering system?

A short-range tag embedded in a table, seat or sign. A guest holds their phone near it and a menu opens instantly in the browser. They order and pay from that page, and the order reaches your kitchen with the location attached.

Do customers need to install an app?

No, and that is the entire point. NFC opens a normal web page: nothing to download, nothing to sign up for, and no camera to aim in a dark room.

Which venues is this for?

Cinemas, cafes, restaurants, bars, food courts and stadiums. Anywhere guests would order more if they did not have to queue. Our two pilots are a cinema seat-side system and a cafe loyalty system.

Will it work with our existing POS?

Usually. We integrate where the POS offers an API, and run the order screen alongside it where it does not. We check this before quoting.

What does it cost to set up?

Tags are inexpensive per table or seat. The real cost is software configuration, menu setup and integration, quoted per venue after we look at your floor plan and current process.

Can we join the pilot?

Yes, we are taking a small number of pilot venues. Pilot partners get the build shaped around their real operation and keep the pricing that comes with going first.
