Custom software development

Software shaped around how your business already works

Off-the-shelf tools make you change your process to fit them. We build the dashboard, portal or platform that fits the process you already have.

Most teams outgrow spreadsheets long before they admit it. The symptoms are familiar: the same number re-typed into three systems, a process only one person understands, a report that takes a day to assemble. Custom software is worth building at exactly the point where the workaround costs more than the tool would.

What you get

Included in every engagement

Dashboards and admin portals

Role-based views, so each team sees the data it needs and none of the data it should not.

CRM, ERP and inventory

Systems that match your actual stages, statuses and stock rules rather than a vendor's idea of them.

APIs and integrations

We connect the tools you already pay for, and build the API when something needs to talk to you.

Data migration

Your existing records come across cleaned and validated, with a rollback plan if anything looks wrong.

Deployment and monitoring

Hosted, backed up and alerting, so a failure reaches us before it reaches your customers.

Maintained, not abandoned

Ongoing support and a documented codebase, so another developer could pick it up if you ever needed them to.

How the work runs

Our 5-step process

You see something real at every stage. Nothing moves forward until the previous step is approved, so there are no surprises at handover.

  1. 1

    Analysis & Research

We study your business, audience and competitors, then research the search terms worth ranking for.

  2. 2

    Theme & Draft Design

Layout, colour and typography directions that fit your identity — reviewed before any code is written.

  3. 3

    Functional Prototype

A working build with real navigation, features and integrations for you to click through.

  4. 4

    Revisions & Improvements

We refine against your feedback: design adjustments, extra features, sharper copy.

  5. 5

    Testing, Debugging & Launch

Cross-device and cross-browser testing, speed work, full SEO setup, then go live.

Questions

The things people ask before they hire us

How much does custom software cost?

It scales with scope. A single internal dashboard is a small fixed-price build; a multi-role platform with integrations is a project. We quote in writing after scoping, and we will tell you when an off-the-shelf tool would genuinely be cheaper.

How long does a custom build take?

A focused internal tool is typically three to six weeks. A platform with several roles, integrations and a data migration runs eight to sixteen. You see a working prototype well before the end.

Should we build custom or buy off the shelf?

Buy, whenever a mature product fits your process. Build when the workaround is costing real hours, when the data is your competitive advantage, or when no product handles your rules. We are happy to recommend the buy.

What technology do you build on?

Mostly Python with FastAPI or Flask, SQL databases, and a JavaScript front end. We pick boring, well-documented tools so you are never locked into something only we understand.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, the source and the infrastructure accounts transfer to you on completion.

What happens after launch?

You can take the code and run, or keep us on a support arrangement for fixes, monitoring and new features. Neither option locks you in.

Ready when you are

Send us the goal and any constraints. You will get a written scope, a fixed quote and a realistic timeline — normally within one business day.
