What this site is
This site presents Websthan's services, past work and products in development. Descriptions of upcoming projects and software reflect our current plans and are not a commitment to a feature set, a launch date or a price.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact or appointment form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity or fix a price. Work begins only once both sides agree a written scope and quote.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to reach, probe or test our security without written permission, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or submit automated form traffic. We rate-limit requests and may block access that breaches this section.
Intellectual property
The Websthan name, logo, site design, copy and code are ours unless stated otherwise. Client work shown in the portfolio remains the property of those clients and is displayed with their permission. Do not reproduce any of it without written consent.
Client work
Terms for delivered work — scope, payment schedule, revisions, ownership and support — are set out in the individual project agreement, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
Third-party links
We link to client sites and social profiles we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Websthan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
