What this policy covers

This policy explains what Websthan collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to visitors anywhere in the world.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
• Appointment form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
• Assistant chat: the message text you type. It is matched against a fixed list of answers and is not stored.
• Technical data: your IP address is used transiently for rate limiting, to stop automated abuse of our forms.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule and confirm calls, and keep a record of the conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a marketing profile.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our own database on our hosting provider's infrastructure and are also emailed to our team inbox so we see them promptly. Access is restricted to Websthan staff and protected by authentication.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and appointment records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain a reasonable business record, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email contact@websthan.online and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Third parties

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and an icon stylesheet from Cloudflare's CDN; those providers see your IP address as part of serving the files. Outbound email is delivered through our email provider. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
