What is AI workflow automation?
Software that carries out a multi-step business process end to end, reading an input, deciding what to do and taking the action, using AI models for the judgement steps that used to need a person.
Which tasks are worth automating?
High-frequency, rule-shaped work with a clear input and output: enquiry triage, quote drafting, data entry, document extraction, report assembly, first-line support and lead research.
How much does an AI automation project cost?
A single workflow is a fixed-scope build; several connected workflows are quoted as a project. Ongoing monitoring is a separate, smaller monthly cost. Every quote follows the audit, never precedes it.
Is our data safe?
We scope exactly which data a workflow may read and write, keep credentials in a secrets manager rather than inside the automation, log every action, and can run against a redacted dataset where the data is sensitive.
Will this replace our staff?
In our projects it removes the work people already dislike, the copying, chasing and re-keying, and hands the judgement back to them. We design a human decision point wherever the outcome matters.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Consequential steps require human approval before they execute, everything is logged, and every workflow has a defined fallback that routes to a person rather than guessing.
